X-actly!: Fashion Students Launch New Mercedes A-class

NWSD and Mercedes Benz Collaborate for the launch of the new A-Class Mercedes Benz

Mercedes Benz (Cargo Motors Klerksdorp) and North West School of Design has joined forces to launch the new A-Class Mercedes with an internal competition whereby students had to design an Avante Garde look to incorporate the Mercedes brand.

Neels van Vuuren (Sales Manager) and Priscilla Bhoola (Sales Executive) visited NWSD on 15 April to judge the designs and selected the top 5 best design that defines the Mercedes Benz brand. These 5 students will now construct the garment using the Mercedes Benz banner as their main fabric.

Once these designs are done, they will be displayed at Mercedes Benz (Cargo Motors, Klerksdorp) from 22 - 27 April.

Mercedes Benz Head Office will choose the overall winner for this competition.

The viewing of the new A-class will start on the 22^nd of April to the 26^th of April.

This will be in the evening from 17h00 to 20h00.

The actual launch will be on Saturday the 27^th of April from 9h00 to 14h00 with test drives on all models.
